/ 02 Product Characteristics
The products offered for sale are digital website themes delivered electronically, together with their usage licenses (Solo, Studio and Pro licenses, and the monthly Agency subscription). The essential characteristics, license scope and features of each product are stated on the relevant product page and in the License Terms.
/ 03 Price & Payment
- The total sales price of the product, including all taxes, is announced on the order and checkout pages. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- Payment is made by credit or debit card, in USD or EUR, through the Seller's bank virtual POS. Every payment is verified with 3D Secure; card details are entered on the bank's secure page and are not stored by the Seller.
- For the Agency subscription, the fee is charged monthly until cancelled; the Buyer may cancel at any time.
- A legally compliant e-Archive invoice is issued after payment and delivered electronically.
/ 04 Delivery (Performance)
Upon payment approval, the product is instantly assigned to the Buyer's account on the Site and made available for download. There is no physical shipment and no delivery cost. Details: Delivery Policy.
/ 05 Withdrawal Notice
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the statutory right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic media. Products purchased on the Site fall within this scope: once payment is approved, the product is delivered instantly and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. By confirming the order, the Buyer expressly consents to instant performance.

/ 06 Complaints & Disputes
The Buyer may submit requests and complaints to support@themextra.com or by phone at +90 543 789 49 29. In case of dispute, consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.
/ 07 Validity & Confirmation
This Pre-Information Form is presented to the Buyer electronically before checkout. By confirming the order, the Buyer declares having read this form and having been informed. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
