/ 01 Delivery Method
All products sold on ThemeXtra are 100% digital. There is no physical shipment, cargo or hand delivery, and therefore no shipping or delivery fee of any kind.
/ 02 Delivery Time
- Once your payment is approved by the bank, the product is assigned to your account instantly.
- Purchased themes can be downloaded from the "My Purchases / Downloads" section of your account dashboard.
- With an active Agency subscription, you have access to the full theme catalog for as long as the subscription remains active.
/ 03 Delivery Address
Digital delivery is performed through the e-mail address you provide at checkout and your account on the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of your e-mail and account details.
/ 04 If Delivery Fails
If the product does not appear in your account despite an approved payment, contact support@themextra.com with your order number. If the access problem cannot be resolved by technical support, a refund is issued under the Refund Policy.
/ 05 Invoicing
A legally compliant e-Archive invoice is issued for every purchase and delivered electronically to the e-mail address / account provided at checkout.
