/ 02 Data Categories
- Identity: name and surname; where legally required for invoicing, TR ID No. (TCKN) / Tax ID (VKN).
- Contact: e-mail address, billing address.
- Customer transaction: order, license, invoice and download records, support requests.
- Transaction security: IP address, log records, cookie data, device/browser information.
- Finance: payment amount and transaction result only. Card details are never processed or stored by us; payment takes place on the bank's secure infrastructure.
/ 03 Processing Purposes
- Establishing and performing the membership and sales contracts; delivering products and licenses,
- Issuing invoices and fulfilling obligations arising from tax and commercial legislation,
- Providing customer support and resolving requests and complaints,
- Ensuring information security and preventing unauthorized use and fraud,
- Providing information to authorized public institutions where required.
/ 04 Legal Bases
Your personal data are processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK, based on: (c) processing being necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, (e) the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and (f) our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
/ 05 Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the processing purposes, to: the relevant bank for payment processing; the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) and its authorized integrator for e-Archive invoicing; hosting, infrastructure and content delivery (CDN) providers so the service can be provided; and authorized public institutions where required by law. Where provider servers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of KVKK.
/ 06 Collection Method
Your personal data are collected electronically through the membership, order and contact forms on the Site, e-mail correspondence, and cookies.
/ 07 Retention
Your personal data are retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the minimum statutory retention periods in the applicable legislation (for example, the periods in tax and commercial legislation for invoices and commercial records). At the end of these periods, data are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
/ 08 Your Rights (Art. 11)
- To learn whether your personal data are processed and to request information,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom data are transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request deletion or destruction of data within the framework of Article 7 of KVKK,
- To request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom data were transferred,
- To object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights, together with documents verifying your identity, by e-mail to support@themextra.com or in writing to the address above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, pursuant to Article 13 of KVKK.
