/ 01 License Overview
When you purchase a theme from ThemeXtra, you are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the tier you selected. You do not own the theme — ThemeXtra retains all copyright and intellectual property rights.
The terms differ based on the license tier you chose at checkout. Read each tier's scope carefully before purchasing.
/ 02 License Tiers
Solo $19.99
One end product. One domain. For personal projects or a single client engagement.
Studio $49.99
Up to five end products / domains. For freelancers and small studios serving multiple clients.
Pro $79.99
Unlimited end products and domains. Includes priority support and access to source files.
Agency $109.99/mo
All Pro features + access to all current and future themes, white-label rights, dedicated support channel.
/ 03 What You Can Do
- Modify freely. Customize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and assets to fit your project.
- Use commercially. Deploy on commercial websites, even if you charge clients for the build.
- Reuse within license scope. The number of end products is determined by your tier.
- Combine with other tools. Use alongside CMS systems, page builders, or your own backend.
/ 04 What You Cannot Do
- Redistribute or resell. You cannot sell, sublicense, or give away the theme as a standalone product.
- Include in template marketplaces. Cannot be uploaded to ThemeForest, Creative Market, or similar.
- Use beyond your tier. Solo licenses are for one end product — building five sites under one Solo license violates terms.
- Remove copyright notices. Footer credits ("Built with ThemeXtra") may be removed only on Pro and Agency tiers.
- Use in illegal, harmful, or hateful projects. No adult content, no harassment platforms, no scams.
/ 05 Intellectual Property
The theme — including all code, design files, illustrations, and bundled assets — remains the property of ThemeXtra. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership.
Any modifications you make to a purchased theme are yours, but the underlying theme code remains licensed property.
/ 06 Updates & Support
License purchases include 12 months of free updates. After this period, updates are still available but may require a renewal fee (currently 50% of the original price).
Support availability depends on your tier:
- Solo: Email support, response within 48 hours.
- Studio: Email support, response within 24 hours.
- Pro / Agency: Priority support, response within 4 hours on business days.
/ 07 Termination
ThemeXtra reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the theme and delete all copies in your possession. No refund is provided for termination due to violation.
